With a proven track record of delivering transformative value to clients, this executive exemplifies a strong career trajectory underpinned by expertise in business development, client delivery, and organizational leadership.** **Key Responsibilities:** + Oversee business operations with a focus on pricing strategies and deal structuring. + Drive operational excellence by balancing strategic planning with hands on involvement in client engagements. + Leverage deep expertise in relevant industries, domains, or technical areas to guide decision making and strategy development. + Engage with C-suite and senior leadership to strengthen relationships. + Oversee and manage a revenue portfolio of $40M+ portfolio with strong financial outcomes and sustainable growth. + Ensure seamless client relationship management and oversee high-quality delivery of projects and services. + Proactively address and resolve delivery challenges, leveraging creativity and strategic thinking to propose solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. + Oversee and manage a revenue portfolio exceeding $40 million, ensuring consistent growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. + Optimize resource allocation, drive margin improvement, and structure deals to achieve financial objectives and operational efficiency. + Develop and expand client relationships through strategic account management and organic growth initiatives. + Lead efforts to secure and scale new client engagements by contributing to sales strategies and successfully launching new accounts. + Identify innovative opportunities to enhance market presence, delivering results that align with organizational objectives. + Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability. + Lead leadership activities beyond revenue responsibilities to build trust, retain talent, and inspire team success. Basic Qualifications: + 15+ years of dedicated service in the professional services industry. + 15+ years of proven track record in account or client management roles. + 8+ years exemplary financial expertise in areas such as P&L management and deal structuring. + 8+ years of experience in guiding and cultivating data delivery teams. + Holds an undergraduate degree or an equivalent blend of education and practical work experience. + Availability to travel a minimum of 25% Preferred Skills: + Extensive technical program management background in enterprise settings, focusing on data projects. + Demonstrated history of achieving high levels of client and employee satisfaction. + Proficient in developing and executing account strategies. + Experience in diverse environments, including "Big 4" Management Consulting and startup settings. + Proven success and a keen interest in leading and managing teams. **LI-NorthAmerica** Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $250,000.00 - $350,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
