Position Objectives:

Provide senior level, holistic, management and leadership on real estate related service delivery in ChinaPartner with regional and functional leaderships to deliver best in class real estate solutions to the LOBs to achieve the Firm’s goals, service its customers and to provide leading workplace environment to staff

Partner with CAO functions (e.g. DBS and Amenity Services) towards a holistic CAO service delivery

Good connectivity to the industry/ relationships across the disciplines (landlord, developers, construction/suppliers, vendors, brokers) in order to be able to better leverage market opportunities towards best practices and to support our real estate plans and strategies

Roles and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

A managerial and leadership role in the corporate real estate industryAt least 10+ years management experience with multinational companiesUniversity degree preferably with specialization on engineering, project management, and other related fieldEffective leadership, communication and collaborative skillsExperience in managing people and teamsExcellent planning and programming skillsGood understanding of expense management
