**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to drive our global Creative Development & Design (CD&D) organization and strategy for Human Nutrition. This role will be responsible for shaping the future of nutritional science and innovation, ensuring our portfolio delivers cutting-edge solutions that delight and win business with our customers. The ideal candidate will combine scientific expertise with strategic leadership to accelerate innovation and deliver impactful products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Strategic Leadership:
+ Define and execute the global CD&D strategy for Human Nutrition aligned with business objectives and market trends.
+ Lead cross-functional teams to deliver breakthrough innovations in nutritional products and solutions.
+ Innovation & Research:
+ Oversee advanced research in areas such as functional ingredients, personalized nutrition, and sustainable food systems.
+ Foster partnerships with academic institutions, research organizations, and industry leaders to stay ahead of emerging science.
+ Portfolio Development:
+ Drive pipeline development from concept to commercialization, ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory compliance.
+ Identify opportunities for disruptive technologies and digital solutions in nutrition.
+ Global Collaboration:
+ Build and lead a diverse, high-performing global CD&D team.
+ Collaborate with regional business units to adapt innovations for local markets.
+ Governance & Compliance:
+ Ensure adherence to global regulatory standards and ethical research practices.
+ Manage intellectual property strategy and protect innovation assets.
**Qualifications:**
+ Ph.D. or advanced degree in Nutrition Science, Food Science, Biochemistry, or related field.
+ 15+ years of experience in CD&D leadership roles within the food, nutrition, or health industry.
+ Proven track record of delivering innovative products globally.
+ Strong understanding of consumer trends, regulatory frameworks, and sustainability challenges.
+ Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$213,200.00 - $376,000.00
**Salaried Incentive Plan:**
The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus and a long-term incentive plan
