ADP is hiring a Vice President Channel Sales. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive SBS Channel distribution strategy. Oversee the strategic deployment of sales resources against SBS Channel opportunity. Develop an integrated approach to channel sales that will accelerate unit sales productivity. Assist in the expansion of our Built Better Strategy while identifying. Responsible for enhancing and implementing state-of-the-art sales tools to increase productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop SBS Channel distribution strategy Work with Sales VP, DVP team and Marketing to identify markets for sales expansion/reduction. Identify alternate distribution options Increase associate productivity by enhancing the usage of our Sales tools. Attend SBS Sales Operations meetings This role requires 50% travel to all sales locations this position will support
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
4 year College Degree; MBA preferred 5+ years of management experience 5+ years of Business experience (sales and marketing preferred)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
Prior ADP sales experience preferred Strategic planning Excellent verbal and written communication skills Superb presentation skills Above average PC skills (MS Suite)Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
