VP, Tech Sales Leader

We’re looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Sales to lead and scale our go-to-market strategy in the rapidly evolving landscape of Embedded Finance and Digital Assets. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking sales leader who thrives in innovation-driven environments and understands how to translate emerging financial technologies into tangible business growth.

What you'll do:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on Embedded Finance (e.g., BaaS, API-based solutions) and Digital Assets (e.g., crypto, tokenization, smart contracts)Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while maintaining strong relationships across C-suite and enterprise clientsBuild and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals, training, and mentoring to hit revenue targetsPartner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to align go-to-market and client engagement strategiesRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership platforms to drive market awareness and lead generationForecast revenue, track pipeline metrics, and report progress to senior leadership with strategic insights

Experience you'll need to have:

8+ years of sales experience in fintech, financial services, or crypto/digital asset platforms; with proven leadership experienceDeep understanding of embedded financial products and the digital asset ecosystem, including regulatory nuances and platform technologiesExceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skillsStrong operational mindset—able to build scalable systems, workflows, and reporting frameworksExisting network within fintech, financial institutions, or digital asset partners in the US and/or globally is a major plusBachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is advantageous

Salary Range

$158,400.00 - $237,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Illinois, California and District of Columbia. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
