VP, Strategy Business Enablement & Operations

The Vice President, Strategy, Business enablement and Operations will drive the development and execution of strategy by effectively managing the planning and operations along with acting as a trusted advisor to the Head of N.A. Distribution to ensure achievement of organizational goals and initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities:

Execute strategy and manage business operations in conjunction with the executive and ensure timely and high-quality implementation and completion of goals and initiatives.Facilitate communication across the organization by providing project planning and management for departmental projects and corporate initiatives, sharing knowledge and expertise and balancing competing interests of internal and external stakeholders.Lead reporting to various divisional and Group boards and committees.Direct the achievement of successful operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and review, preparing and completing action plans, executing productivity, quality and service standards, resolving complex issues, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system and process improvements and implementing change.Lead the coordination of resources and information required for committees including tracking of action items and initiatives.Support due diligence efforts.Guide standardization of processes and enhance efficiency by engaging with key stakeholders to understand needs, perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to ensure continuous improvement.Facilitate development and management of specific processes along with the communication of these to internal and external stakeholders.Drive a performance management culture by mobilizing and developing individuals at all levels, encouraging cross-team collaboration and leading department to achieve positive results for the organization.Support the executive’s facilitation of leadership team meetings.Plan, allocate and manage financial budget by anticipating expenditures, accurately forecasting resource needs/costs and properly accounting for expenses to meet requirements and achieve fiscal responsibility.Foster a positive environment by modeling cultural expectations and TMHCC values.

Travel Required

Regular travel (up to 50% of time)

The pay range for this position is $217,400 - $300,000 which includes geographic adjustments, where applicable. The pay range is the range THMCC, in good faith, believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting. The hired applicant will be offered pay within the entire range based on the candidate’s geographic location, qualifications, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
