Head of Digital Delivery
The role will deliver to the strategic digital transformation roadmap for Hong Kong. A key focus would be to enhance client and advisory experience across multiple channels.
The Head of Digital Delivery will lead the HK (Hong Kong) digital programs together with business & other technology stakeholders through collaborative planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.
This role is the ultimate owner of our digital technology roadmap, overseeing the transformation and operation of our digital assets, including customer and advisor facing platforms and the teams that support these. The success of this role will be measured by the depth of engagement with business leaders, achievement of the digital KPIs (including digital interactions, digital transactions and customer and advisor satisfaction), and finally the speed of delivery and execution.
Digital Platform Strategy and Roadmap
Develop, manage and support the digital strategy and roadmap, in collaboration with the business ownersDefine goals and key results for each digital initiative, manage a backlog of functionality and analyze metrics that inform the success of effortDrive the implementation of the strategy through agile-driven technology change programsMonitor and evaluate KPIs for performance of the digital products/platformsStay up-to-date with emerging digital trends and technologies, and identifying opportunities to leverage them to improve digital delivery processes and outcomesDigital Delivery
