VP, Geographic People Experience Lead, Americas
**Description** Member of the Global People Experience Leadership Team and oversees the geographic People Experience Team (PXT) strategy and end-to-end geographic processes. Leads the overall Geographic People Experience Team, overseeing key functions including Talent Acquisition, People Experience and PX Specialized Services. Accountable for delivering an integrated and localized employee experience aligned to global strategy, ensuring consistency and operational excellence across the regions. Key Responsibilities/Tasks: + Provides leadership and direct supervision of the Geographic PX Leadership Team + Ensures consistent execution and application of HR policies, programs, procedures, processes to enhance employee experience across the geography + Partner with Geographic HRBP Lead to ensure service excellence across the geography + Manage flow-to-work regional People Experience teams, determining how projects / work is resourced + Own sensing and monitoring of employee sentiment / workforce analytics across the geography to provide insights /improve processes, programs, services + Continuous enhancement of digital and process solutions across HR service delivery, leading to improved employee experience + Accountable for ensuring delivery of high-quality HR services, meeting or exceeding Geographic PX SLAs and KPIs + Accountable for addressing / resolving critical escalation points Key Interfaces: + Global PX Leadership Team + Geographic PX Leadership Team + PX Portfolio Operations Lead + PX Relationship Manager + Geographic HRBP Lead(s) + Affiliate HRBPs + COEs + EBS / OneSource HR + Business (Geographic Sr. Execs) **Qualifications** **Qualifications:** + 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across Human Resources and business operations, with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive enterprise-wide outcomes. + Strong track record of client and stakeholder management, with the ability to build trust, influence decision-making, and navigate complex, matrixed organizations. + Demonstrated success operating in global and multicultural environments, including multi-country responsibilities and partnership with senior leaders across functions. + Skilled collaborator and communicator, with the ability to simplify complexity, align diverse perspectives, and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver on shared goals. + Deep understanding of organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies, with a strong commercial lens and commitment to operational excellence. + Strong business acumen and resource capacity management experience; able to connect people decisions to business outcomes and proactively manage priorities in dynamic environments. + Advanced data literacy, with the ability to derive insights from people and business data, translate findings into strategic recommendations, and communicate impact to a variety of audiences. + Experience leading complex change and transformation initiatives with a focus on scalability, process efficiency, and long-term sustainability. + Digitally fluent with a growth mindset; embraces technology, AI, and automation to reimagine processes and elevate employee experience. + Committed to human-centered leadership with a deep sense of advocacy and consultancy; approaches challenges with empathy, curiosity, and a solution-oriented mindset. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives, facilitate dialogue, and influence at all levels of the organization. + Recognized for creative problem solving, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead through ambiguity with resilience and focus.
