Primary Function/General Purpose of Position
The Vice President, Enrollment Management is responsible for providing strategic vision and leadership through oversight of recruitment, admissions, records and registration, and marketing and communications functions across all campuses. This role leads the development and implementation of the strategic enrollment management plan, and ensures enrollment growth, records integrity, effective marketing, operational efficiency, and compliance with institutional policies, higher education regulations and institutional accreditation standards while supporting the college mission and strategic goals.
Essential Job Functions:
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment and enrollment management strategies to attract, enroll and retain a diverse student population in all academic programs. Collaborate with academic program leaders to ensure recruitment strategies are in alignment with program goals and provide enrollment forecasting and modeling to support budget and revenue projections.Oversee the admissions process, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and compliance with institutional, accrediting, and regulatory standards.In collaboration with our external school partnership function, partner with priority healthcare organizations, high schools, and community groups to strengthen enrollment pipelines and brings new partnership opportunities for evaluation.Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and improve recruitment, enrollment, and retention efforts.Oversee the management of student records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with FERPA, regulatory, accrediting, and institutional policies.Direct registration processes, academic scheduling, and enrollment services to enhance the student experience.Implement technology-driven solutions to streamline records management and improve accessibility.Ensure timely and accurate reporting of enrollment data to internal and external stakeholders.Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies to promote each campus’ academic programs to achieve enrollment targets.Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, social media, and public relations efforts.Manage the creation of promotional materials, website content, and recruitment collateral to enhance visibility and engagement, including alumni, current students, faculty, staff, and others as needed.Foster collaboration with academic and administrative departments to ensure alignment of messaging and institutional goals.This document is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job. Education
Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (required).Doctorate degree in a related field (preferred).Work Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in enrollment management leadership or related roles, preferably in higher education within a health system.Skills
