What You’ll Be Doing?
Lead robust financial systems and controls to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and other regulatory requirements, safeguarding corporate assets Monitor new accounting and reporting standards: Interpret impact on the Company, ensure position is consistent with viewpoint of external auditors and ultimately ensure proper application of new rules Maintain accounting policies and procedures: Ensure operating divisions are in accordance with Company policies and that Company policies are in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements Conduct on-going analysis and provide guidance: Perform analysis and offer recommendations on key accounting topics affecting the business Partner closely with the CFO: Align on strategic business decisions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, reorganizations, among others Lead accounting initiatives: Design related plans to enhance ultimate business objectives Cultivate and maintain trusted, transparent partnerships with external auditors and the Audit Committee to ensure rigorous governance and high-quality financial disclosures

What Makes You the Perfect Fit!
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required; CPA required 10+ years of progressive senior financial management experience in a public company with a complex business model 7+ years progressive experience with a major public accounting firm required 5+ years in a senior leadership role Extensive knowledge of FASB pronouncements, SEC regulations and other technical accounting and reporting requirements and practice, general and financial management skills, and strong leadership skills Strong business understanding and proven leadership Strategic, accounting, financial, and problem identification/resolution skills Effective communication (verbal and written), presentation and interpersonal skills Autonomy; initiative; independent thinking; confidence; leadership Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word required SAP, BPC skills preferred
