This role will serve as a critical partner to the PACS Leadership Team, fostering strategic alignment and driving enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance commercial performance. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in commercial strategy, operational execution, and cross-functional leadership, with a track record of delivering transformative business impact in complex environments.

As our VP Commercial Strategy & Excellence, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

Leading sales operations by streamlining processes, optimizing CRM usage, enhancing pipeline management, developing dashboards and KPIs, delivering strategic insights from data analysis, and driving accurate forecasting to boost productivity and revenue. Enhancing commercial team efficiency by leading onboarding, training, and enablement programs, driving effective tool adoption, and partnering with BU leaders to develop cross-unit incentive strategies aligned with HID and PACS goals. Overseeing and optimizing the commercial tech stack—including CRM and sales tools—while leveraging emerging technologies like AI to enhance sales productivity and efficiency. Leading pricing management by maintaining disciplined discount governance and SQ operations, crafting strategies that balance revenue growth with margin goals, and conducting competitive benchmarking to inform strategic pricing adjustments. Driving customer experience initiatives by leading NPS programs, analyzing feedback, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty. Strengthening cross-functional collaboration by designing and executing initiatives that unite BUs, BAs, and AA, fostering alignment and synergy across PACS commercial operations and adjacent teams. Accelerating M&A strategy by scanning market intelligence, maintaining a pipeline of strategic acquisition candidates, nurturing deal flow, aligning opportunities with PACS goals, guiding due diligence and integration, coordinating with legal and corporate teams, and mitigating commercial risks. Driving Strategic Planning for PACS by evolving and aligning the five-year strategy with HID’s vision, defining growth targets, tracking key initiatives, delivering market intelligence, coordinating roadmap execution and budget planning, identifying strategic investment areas, supporting communications for leadership engagements, and contributing thought leadership across industry forums.

 

Your Experience and Background include:  

Hold a BA or BS in a related field. Candidates with equivalent education plus relevant work experience may also be considered. Minimum of 5+ years related experience and/or experience in consultancy in the strategy/M&A area. Understanding of market and competitive environment including deal activity and potential opportunities. Proven leadership experience, including strategic thinking, innovation, scaling, and collaboration to drive commercial excellence. Ability to effectively communicate in the English language both verbally and in writing. Additional languages would be a plus. Must have the ability to write articles, create presentations, etc., and be able to effectively present them to various customer and stakeholder audiences.
