We are seeking a proactive and strategic VP; Commercial Insurance Program Manager Claim Business Consultant for Third Party Administered Program Accounts. In this role, you will serve as a mediator in claim administration, oversee financial stewardship for customers and third-party administrators (TPAs), implement workflows, and function as the single point of contact for the Managing General Underwriter (MGU), Insured, TPA, and internal partners. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement claim administration strategies which are aligned to industry and Chubb Claim Best Practices to support loss mitigation, fair outcomes, and exceptional service.Stakeholder Management: Serve as an arbitrator for customers and all stakeholders. Collaborate with senior executives, brokers, managing general underwriters, and various internal teams to align resources and exceed customer expectations.Operational Oversight: Lead initiatives to enhance claims processes, oversee TPA performance, collaborate with various Chubb teams ( Claim Discipline Team, Litigation Management, and Operations) and ensure compliance with service plans.TPA Management: Collaborate with TPAs and customers to implement service plans, ensure high-quality claim management, and meet Chubb’s standards. Monitor performance, control costs, and influence strategies to enhance claim processes.Data Analysis: Leverage data insights to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced customer outcomes. Relationship Building: Cultivate strategic relationships with MGU, Producers and Clients to drive acquisition, renewal, and retention of key accounts/programs.Team Leadership: Mentor and develop CBC team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, diversity, and continuous improvement.Bachelor’s degree required; advanced credentials preferred.Minimum 15 years of claims leadership or management experience.Expertise in program and TPA claim management/oversight.Experienced in data analysis; MS Suite; RMIS Tools, etc. Willingness to travel (30%) and work from a Chubb office when not traveling.Qualified in TPA managementExpert in direct management of casualty and construction claims Skilled in Alternative Risk Transfer mechanisms (e.g., captives, large deductibles, self-insured retention).Proven leadership and strategic decision-making skills.Self-driven and initiative-takingSuperior communication and relationship-building abilities.Proficiency in MS Suite ( Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), RMIS tools. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.Deep understanding of industry and business context to interpret data and make informed decisionsAbility to adapt to Chubb’s operational practices and promote the brand in the marketplace.

The pay range for the role is $150,000 to $180,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
