Responsibilities

Design, lead, and implement strategic initiatives that drive sustainable community impact.
Spearhead the transformation of the organization’s engagement, investment, and contribution to the well-being of the communities it serves.

Develop a Community Engagement strategy that advances stated organizational and market-based priorities and goals. Identify key partnerships and relationships with community leaders and policy-makers to influence health and well-being in the served communities.Oversee an enterprise-wide strategy for community engagement and impact including Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and community-based organization collaborations. Use data to inform care pathways and design programs.Lead initiatives to increase access to preventive care, address Social Drivers of Health (SDOH), and integrate community impact into core organizational processes. Emphasizes our most vulnerable populations including those with Medicaid and the uninsured.Build relationships with stakeholders, overseeing community programs, and identify key partnerships in collaboration with markets.Leverage the organization’s role as an employer, purchaser, and investor to promote enhanced stewardship and environmental sustainability.Champion data governance and integrated analytics to measure progress toward health equity and clinical outcomes.Collaborate with various sectors to embed health equity into policies. Advocate for changes that incentivize upstream investment to increase access to care and address social drivers.
Requirements

Education:

Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management.
Additional Preferences

Experience working with Medicaid/uninsured popultion 

15+ years of leadership experience 

Masters degree
