The base pay for this position generally is between $174,350.00 and $290,290.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Develop and implement advanced AI solutions that support a multimodal agentic frameworkCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs through AIDrive innovation to enhance customer service experiences using agentic AI technologiesEnsure the AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and adaptable to various customer scenariosLead the transformation initiatives to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systemsCreate and successfully manage multi-million-dollar budgets and capital expendituresNegotiate multi-million-dollar contracts with third-party vendorsNotify corporate leadership of regional activities and issuesWhat You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
EducationBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent work experienceExperience10 + years of IT work experience7+ years of leadership experience5+ years of enterprise software and AI transformation initiativesSkillsAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishProven leadership experience in AI development and implementationStrong understanding of multimodal AI technologies and frameworksExcellent communication skills to articulate AI strategies to stakeholdersDemonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholdersAbility to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teamsAdvanced understanding of telecommunications industry, technology and trendsGoal oriented, with exemplary track record collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to drive results, especially via influence managementAbility to exercise, on a regular basis, independent judgment and discretion in performance of job dutiesAbility to recruit, motivate, develop, and direct people as they work, identifying the top talentExperience leading others and providing constructive feedbackSkillfully synthesizes large quantities of complex information under pressureDistills it to the most critical issues and draws accurate conclusions, taking into account a high degree of uncertaintyAbility to forecast and manage organization, operational and project budgetsDemonstrated ability to meet rigorous deadlines while managing multiple projects concurrentlyOutstanding work ethic; displays a high sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficientlyPreferred Qualifications
