Join our dynamic Information Technology team as an IT Consultant in the Integrity & Law IT area. In this pivotal role, you will drive digital transformation, ensure operational excellence, and deliver impactful IT solutions.
Your key responsibilities are:
Lead and support IT implementation projects (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) within the Integrity & Law IT.Plan, execute, and deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and within budget.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive management.Lead project teams fostering teamwork Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment.Ensure adherence to IT governance, standards, and compliance requirements.Be the IT partner of choice for our business customers by taking over technical consulting and ensuring best fit IT solutionsOversee the operation, performance, and compliance of Integrity & Law applications, ensuring optimal availability and cost-efficiency.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage application lifecycle and support.Build strong relationships with internal IT departments and key user groups to co-create strategic solutions.QualificationsUniversity degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related fieldSeveral years of experience in project management, with a focus on managing IT projects and collaborating with external service providersMany years in IT application operations and project deliverySolid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and toolsExperience with Integrity & Law applications including, Compliance, Risk Management, Legal Operations, and Audit Management, is a strong advantageProven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, IT, legal, and external service providers, to ensure project successBusiness fluent in English (written and spoken)Strong communication skills, enabling the management of stakeholder expectations, negotiation with vendors, and conflict resolution across diverse teamsSelf-motivated, solution-oriented, and capable of working in a multicultural, distributed team environmentCustomer service-oriented mindsetPassion for digital innovation and emerging technologiesApplications from severely handicapped people are welcome.Additional InformationHybrid work setupHMO upon hireValues-based cultureLearning OpportunitiesHMO upon hireReady to drive with Continental?
