US Citizenship and an active Secret clearanceHigh School Diploma or equivalent5+ years of experience in VoIP engineering, with a focus on Cisco voice technologiesExperience with designing, implementing, and maintaining Cisco VoIP solutionsIn-depth knowledge/experience of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, Cisco IM & Presence, and related technologiesStrong understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323, MGCP) and network protocols (TCP/IP, QoS)Familiarity with DoD security protocols and Navy-specific communication requirementsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills

The proposed salary range for this position is:
