Role and Responsibilities

As a Test Coordinator you will be a part of the success and you will have direct impact on Samsung’s success and quality of our products

The main tasks you are expected to perform include:

Validate Voice-activated Artificial Intelligent featuresContribute to regular progress and final project reportsCreate test cases based on local test environmentManage test project scheduleQuality assurance "end user" testing on Mobile Intelligent terminals (smartphones, tablets and laptops) and accessories (e.g. headset, hands-free, wearable devices)Provide informed feedback on interface usability and phone design conceptWork closely with QA and R&D Engineers in the UK, Poland, India, US, Vietnam & Korea to:Discuss and provide information about defects and other issues that arise as a part of testingConsider possible impact on marketAutomation of Bixby's featuresKeep abreast of new features and techniques of the mobile devicesCapacitated or qualified for Business trip to Korea, Europe or all around the world

Skills and Qualifications

Fluent written and spoken English & native Spanish LanguageCapable of making decisions, working independently and organizing own workloadHigh self-motivation and ability to work alone, setting sensible priorities, working to tight deadlines, managing conflicting prioritiesA good level of presentation, communication and planning skillsApproachable, flexible, team orientated and self-assertive where requiredAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of managementStrong PC skills (especially MS Office Excel)A good understanding of documentation requirementsPython language for automation (recommended, not mandatory)Previous experience in Voice Assistants.Previous experience in QA testingExperience using Mobile Intelligent terminals (smartphones, tablets, watches)
