The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an experienced Voice Architect Subject Matter Expert to support U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES) contract.

Responsibilities:

Establishes communications systems by installing, operating, and maintaining voice and data telecommunications network circuits and equipment in support of base communication (BASECOM) services, including providing secure and non-secure voice services using multi-vendor solutions across DAO SOUTHCOM

Plans network installations by studying customer orders, plans, manuals, and technical specifications

Orders and gathers equipment, supplies, materials, and tools

Assesses installation site and prepares installation diagram

Installs voice and data network telecommunications equipment, routers, switches, multiplexors, cable trays, and alarm and fire-suppression systems

Establishes connections, programming features, and integrations following industry standards

Activates remote access tools and coordinating with contractors

Verifies service by testing circuits, equipment, and alarms and identifying, correcting, or escalating problems

Documents network by labeling and routing equipment and cables and recording configuration diagrams and specifications

Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments

Shares domain and expert technical knowledge

May supervise others


Qualifications:
Required: 

US Citizen with active secret level clearance

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field

Current TCO Certified VoIP Analyst (CVA) and Cisco CCNA Voice Certifications

8+ years of relevant experience

Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments while supporting multiple projects

Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$61,600-$129,300
