What you’ll do

 

You will be supporting the Store Manager in managing a team of fantastic Retail Advisers, making sure to do all you can to help them achieve their potential. You will be helping with back office tasks such as holidays and rotas. You will be setting the sales floor ablaze with your enthusiasm to lead by example.

Deputise for the Store ManagerSupport in making all operational decisions for the storeWork alongside the Store Manager and take responsibility of the Store, Management decisions and team membersCoaching developing and supporting the teamGo-to for escalationsBring the customer experience into the fore front of every decisionAccountable for ensuring the store acts within the guidelines of the FCAAdhere to company and regulatory policies and guideline at all times Partaking in Vodafone’s security vetting process whenever required
