We are looking for a Visuals Business Development Manager based in our Zurich office. You will be an integral part of the Swiss sales organization supporting the visuals business in all channels, interlocking closely with the local Product Management (4P) team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse & skilled sales team with the goal to specifically drive and develop the visuals business segment. As a Sales Specialist / BDM for the Visuals category you will be responsible together with the end-customer sales teams, our channel sales teams & partners to maximize the visuals business. This role involves driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales to manage key accounts with a visual focus, and working closely with partners, resellers, and distributors to maximize sales. The BDM will also provide product expertise, competitive insights, and sales support to ensure strong business performance.
Responsibilities:
• Key metrics execution (Revenue/Margin/Premium Mix/Market Share)
• Alignment with Market 4P/Finance/Sales Head (Financial planning)
• Co-ordinate with 4P for the Supply forecast & time-to-market optimization
• Responsible for all the Sell-out activities and sales enablement for relationship business segment
• Drive sales initiatives and programs to address business growth priorities
• Visuals sales ambassador and owner to educate internal sales, partners and end customers.
• Open the door & support Sales at end customer level and or be the sales lead where a breakthrough is needed.
• Co-ordinate Sell out campaign planning with 4P
• RTM analyses, Consumer and SMB channel development, review Lenovo in house shares within Top Visual Resellers/Retailers, create action plans and execution to drive growth
• QBR with Top priority partners to review business status and next steps
• Interlock with sales teams – CON / SMB / REL – Sales Performance, Pipeline metrics, share of wallet update, key opportunities, customer feedback
• Review Pricing & heat map check vs competition with 4P Team
• GfK/IT research analysis
• REL end customer visits as Visuals Expert and Advisor / Distributors & Key partners visits
Key Experience & Skills:
· A minimum of 5 year sales / marketing or product/business management experience in a similar role within IT industry.
Extremely commercially astute with detailed insight to business analytics Good analytical approach - able to quickly draw conclusions from company data or market research Proven sales track record combined with a passion for the customer and the products that deliver unique value Experience with technology products, ideally from IT industry Energetic, sales driven attitude and a “must win” attitude Confident presenter: able to present ideas/strategies/products in a clear, concise, and convincing manner. Good networking skills; facility in communicating across the company matrix Fluent in English and German (French language nice to have, but not necessary)What do we offer to our employees:
