Summary:

As the Visual Lead, you will drive the visual merchandising strategy to maximize profitability and brand presence.

This role involves defining and implementing visual displays that attract customers and enhance their shopping experience. We're looking for someone who is creative, dynamic, and has a solid understanding of visual merchandising trends and best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the visual merchandising strategy to increase footfall and conversion.

Create engaging and eye-catching visual displays throughout the store.

Design window displays, signs, interior displays, and promotional setups. Work within budget constraints and manage costs effectively.

Implement markdowns and signage placement strategies. Coordinate the production and arrangement of displays.

Update displays for new product launches and seasonal themes. Collaborate with suppliers and source display elements.

Stay abreast of lifestyle, demographic, and design trends.

Engage with the visual merchandising team for idea generation and revisions.

Align with the organization's global directive and target market.

Perform additional duties as required and assigned.



Profile
Requirements/Qualifications:


2+ years of experience in retail visual merchandising.

Ability to lift, carry, or move objects up to 30 pounds.

Expertise in window displays, interior displays, and space utilization.

Knowledgeable about current visual merchandising trends.

Creative, innovative, and strong in communication.

Team player, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks.

Flexible to adapt to changing assignments and overcome challenges.

Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
