Are you passionate about 3D design and excited by the idea of seeing your visual creations come to life in stores across Latin America? We’re looking for a Picture of success rendering analyst to help shape how our products appear at the point of sale. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our commercial and design teams to produce high-impact visual proposals that turn strategy into shopper engagement. ✨ Your Impact As a key player in the Field Sales Design team, your role will include: Creating photorealistic renders of product displays, shelves, promotional islands, and branded spaces. Modeling and rendering retail environments across different LATAM channels. Strategically placing displays within these environments to reflect real-world scenarios. Proposing improvements to rendering processes to boost efficiency and output quality. Managing and organizing a library of 3D assets, materials, and layouts by channel and category. Delivering high-quality visuals on time and aligned with brand standards. Supporting with basic tasks like PDF-to-PNG conversions when needed. Qualifications 🧠Who Are We Looking For? Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial design, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Experience & Skills: English proficiency (written and verbal) to work in a cross-regional environment. Advanced proficiency in 3DS Max or Maya (3DS Max preferred) At least 1–2 years of experience in creative agencies, design studios, or in-house design teams (internships in design-related roles are also valued). Experience using rendering engines such as V-Ray. Strong skills in modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering commercial spaces.
