Ensure full compliance with all VM standards and seasonal VM guidelines at all times. Conduct regular maintenance and upkeep of VM displays (both window and in-store), in coordination with the store-in-charge or store VM champion. This includes implementing VM directives, planograms, and in-store communication (ISC) tools across all locations, using the store ISC copy as a guide. Build positive rapport with customers and demonstrate the ability to translate customer feedback into actionable follow-ups. Submit VM reports after each store visit. Reports must include before-and-after photographs, any requests for VM tools, and concerns that may hinder execution. Include competitor window executions, if applicable.
