Providing Field Dynamos with necessary skills to ensure store visual merchandising standards are met and maintained and in doing so, improve the customer’s experience. To plan, organise, lead, and oversee the field execution of the VM Plan in support of the Sales & company strategy objectives relating to In-store displays, promotional campaigns and Capex project rollouts and monitoring top performing stores in terms of VM standards to ultimately improve store and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Dynamo upskilling, to ensure consistent and high VM standards to enhance the customer experience
Prepares and actively participates in Field VM Sales meetings to design and deliver divisional/ regional roll out workshops within each division
Ensure implementation of VM Seasonal Sales plan in top store group
Monitor & support implementation of monthly promotional bulletin
Support company VM initiatives that drives company strategy
Provides support for New store openings (NSO'S)
