We are looking for a full-time Visual Merchandiser to cover a 1 year Maternity leave in our beautiful store in Aarhus.
As the Visual Merchandiser, you'll play a pivotal role in curating an excellent customer journey within the store. In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to elevate the collection in a way that's both inspiring and commercially savvy, aimed at maximising both indirect and direct customer service while driving sales performance to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
Offering customers a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience Analysing selling information and taking responsibility for the visual direction of the store Installing window displays Creating inspiring outfits and styling mannequins Merchandising stock on the shop floor as per company directivesSupporting the sales staff with store operations Setting the visual merchandising standard for the store and training the teamBeing a brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customersQualificationsVisual Merchandising Standards: Skilled in executing brand visual guidelines, including window displays, mannequin styling, and in-store presentation to enhance commercial impact.Fashion Knowledge: Strong understanding of current fashion trends, silhouettes, and seasonal styling, with a passion for translating them into compelling visual displays.Commercial Awareness: Experienced in using KPIs, sales data, and customer feedback to inform visual merchandising decisions and drive store performance.Customer-Centric Mindset: Committed to elevating the in-store experience through impactful visual storytelling and exceptional customer service. Enthusiastic about fashion and passionate about sharing product knowledge and styling advice to create meaningful customer interactions.Communication: Experience in organizing teams, providing constructive feedback, and coaching others to improve performance and service standards.Operational Knowledge: Solid understanding of store operations, including stock handling, customer service, and daily routines gained through hands-on retail experience.Adaptability & Flexibility: Embraces change with a proactive mindset, responding quickly to updates in stock levels, customer needs, and business priorities.Eager to learn: Open to continuous learning and actively seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth.Additional InformationThis is a temporary full-time position offering 37 hours a week, for 1 year, starting a soon as possible.
