Visual Inspector Job Qualifications: * High School Diploma * 3+ years of inspection experience preferred * High attention to detail and visual acuity. * Experience with microscopes or similar inspection tools preferred. * Basic computer literacy for viewing and documenting inspection results. * Ability to work independently and maintain focus over extended periods. * Prior experience in manufacturing or quality control is a plus.
