A day in the Life:

Lead and coordinate visual inspection operations to ensure flawless execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement world-class manufacturing practices.Monitor and strictly adhere to quality and safety standards.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing role.Experience in sterile manufacturing environments.Proven track record of leading successful teams.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Outstanding understanding of sterile manufacturing processes and visual inspection activites.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to strictly follow and enforce safety and quality protocols.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Ability to stand for extended periods.Capability to lift up to 25 kg.Work in a controlled, sterile environment adhering to strict safety guidelines.
