This position is part of our Graphic Design function, which is responsible for creating compelling creative assets that reflect CBRE’s identity and elevate our storytelling across various platforms. You will collaborate with others to design and develop engaging visual narratives and presentations across print, digital, video, and live-event formats. Working with a technically sophisticated client, you’ll translate complex ideas into clear, impactful visuals that enhance communication and drive engagement. **What You’ll Do** Design and develop compelling visual narratives and presentations across print, digital, video, and live-event formats. Translate business objectives and expectations into innovative creative solutions that align with business identity. Elevate communications and keynotes through layout, motion integration, and storytelling. Partner with writers, editors, and producers to develop cohesive, visual narrative experiences. Provide outstanding concept conceptualization, thought leadership, and innovative design solutions for diverse initiatives. Present creative work clearly and persuasively to senior leaders and interested parties. Apply expert knowledge of design principles such as hierarchy, composition, typography, color, and illustration. Develop and maintain design systems, toolkits, frameworks, and scalable visual assets for campaigns, events, and internal programs. Continuously refine and evolve creative strategies to push the business forward. **What You’ll Need** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. + Previous experience working in a technical environment, community relations, and/or economic development preferred. + Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. + Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred. + Proficiency with Google Workspace preferred. + Working knowledge of Figma preferred. **Why CBRE?** When you join CBRE, you become part of a global leader in commercial real estate and investment services that help businesses and people thrive. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Visual Graphic Designer position is $36.06 per hour and the maximum salary for the Visual Graphic Designer position is $48.08 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
