Job Description Insight Global is seeking talented Visual Designers to join our in-house Visual Communication Design team. Designers will collaborate closely with engineering and software departments to create enterprise maintenance management and condition monitoring products. This is not an entry-level role—candidates should bring baseline design and technology proficiency and will be trained to apply their skills within existing projects. Design and Prototype UI/UX: Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design specifications for desktop and mobile applications, collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation. Conduct Research and QA: Perform user research and interface testing across browsers and platforms to inform design decisions and ensure high-quality user experiences. Develop Training Materials: Design digital and print training assets, including interactive modules, quick reference guides, and user manuals using tools like Articulate360 and Adobe RoboHelp. Support Branding and Communication: Maintain corporate branding across websites, social media, and print materials; design presentations and marketing collateral for internal and external use. Manage Web and Content Platforms: Build and maintain WordPress-based sites, manage content updates, and support documentation workflows using version control tools like GitHub and SourceTree.
