As the Senior Visual Lead, you will drive the visual strategy and execution for campaigns across Fashion & Beauty on Amazon.in. You’ll work with junior designers to create compelling, user-centric visuals that enhance brand identity, improve customer experience, and drive conversion. This role demands a strong aesthetic eye, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of e-commerce design systems. You’ll collaborate closely with category, marketing, and tech teams to deliver elevated design solutions that are both on-brand and performance-driven. Key job responsibilities
Define and execute visual strategy across storefronts, campaigns, and marketing assets.

Lead and mentor a team of designers to deliver high-quality, user-centric, conversion-driven creatives.
