WHO YOU ARE:
Reporting to the Team Lead, the Visual Coordinator will be in charge of collecting valuable information for all in-store presentations to ensure delivery dates are respected and specific information are given. This role will be key in preparing clear/relevant in-store documents, coordinating the in-store needs for all campaign signage and ensuring the proper distribution/quantities/format are respected, and being part of many creative aspects/presentations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Analyze/track weekly merchandise shipped to stores. Analyze weekly top sellers to adjust presentations if needed. Review weekly OPS reports and send feedback to the team. Prepare mannequin’s outfits to reflect brand image. Create stores launch packages, memos, newsletters and signage checklists. Create in-store special event presentations. Test/coordinate in-store signage needs for every campaign. Create/update distribution store lists for every campaign. Create upload forms and coordinate signage uploads/store requisitions. Verify signage received prior sending to stores. Coordinate all documents sent to stores (printing/boxes). Update special presentation calendar for yearly reference. Keep library of new styling & merchandising ideas. Conduct Market-Trend research & monthly store visits. Participate in Visual presentations (documents, videos, store opening).WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Completion of post-secondary education in a related field; Two (2) years of experience in retail (not necessarily in visual); or equivalent Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, Excel (Photoshop & InDesign would be beneficial) Excellent communication skills; Bilingualism required (English and French); Ability to communicate in French and English. We are a Quebec-based company, but our operations are international Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to multi-task; Positive, upbeat energy with ability to create fun working environment is a must.GROW WITH US:
