Qualifications: + Valid California driver's license and good driving record (required). + Bilingual preferred (Spanish and English) + Minimum two (2) years of experience providing direct care to people with disabilities. (required) + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (preferred).
