Qualifications\:

Registered Nurse (RN) with current CNO licensure in good standingMinimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in ER or as a Visiting NurseStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesValid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle with willingness to travel throughout the community (average of 75 visits Bi-Weekly)Proficiency with electronic charting systemsLEAP Training, Palliative Certification, considered an asset
