We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer

In this role, you will:

Batch support and Automation.Triage, troubleshoot and resolve production support alerts and incidentsManage incidents and effectively communicate with Users, Application Service Owner and Senior Management and Stakeholders.Perform application support as necessary; participate in the Crisis Calls for production incidentsIncident and Problem management communication and participationIdentify and work on system performance improvementShould be a team player and should have ability in taking initiatives and maintaining congenial work Follow standards and controls to ensure quality of outcomeEnsuring strict adherence to all regulatory issues and compliance of all internal controls. Implement and comply with Group Compliance Policy. Should deliver considering the operational risk associated with the role.
