Starting Wage: $30.36/hour + $5.00/hour shift differential

Shift: Maroon, Sunday - Tuesday 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM + available overtime

What you will do:

Identify unit options using bill of materials to complete required work content per unitComplete assembly of work content to support production standardsRead and interpret engineering drawing to ensure quality standards are met by effectively identifying parts and assembling unitAbility to use production support tools effectively (VKS, AMS, etc.)Must learn and understand all line stationsRead and follow wiring schematics. Complete company provided wiring training and achieve certificationTrain new members on the various machines, procedures, safe work practices and any pertinent items regarding safety, quality and productionResponsible for maintaining the 5s program to ensure a clean work areaFollow and understand HOMESafe, Personal Choice and company safety manual requirementsIdentify and rework defective work pieces to comply with quality standardsRead and interpret blueprints, sketches or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabricating, assembling and installing sheet metal products, including machine adjustments and material requirements per engineering requirementsAbility to use hand toolsOperate PIT (Powered Industrial Trucks), obtain PIT LicenseObtain Certification in leak testing and vacuum and chargeAll other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to operate hand toolsAbility to read and understand written English

Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GEDPrevious manufacturing experience
