Key Tasks: * Design and execute performance benchmarking plans for Docker, KVM, and VMware environments * Conduct memory, disk I/O, and CPU benchmarking using tools like STREAM (Triad, Scale), DBench, aobench, and asmFish * Analyze system-level performance using tools like stress-ng, phpbench, and Phoronix Test Suite * Develop automated performance monitoring dashboards using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK Stack * Simulate user workloads and thin client interactions to validate scalability and network impact * Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to validate virtualization configurations * Document performance baselines, test results, and optimization recommendations * Stay current with virtualization trends and emerging technologies
