We are seeking a Virtual Oral Care Consultant to join our team and provide expert guidance to customers from your home.

About the Role:
As a Virtual Oral Care Consultant, you will deliver digital consultations, helping individuals improve their oral hygiene routines, understand product options, and feel confident in their care choices. You will offer personalised advice, support product education, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual consultations with customers to assess oral care needsRecommend suitable products and routines tailored to individual goalsProvide education on oral hygiene best practicesMaintain accurate records of consultations and follow-upsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What We Are Looking For:

Background in dental hygiene, dentistry, or oral health (qualified or experienced)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable using video conferencing tools and CRM systemsSelf-motivated, empathetic, and customer-focusedAbility to work independently in a remote setting
