As a Virtual Banking Manager within Consumer Banking, you will be at the forefront of delivering attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment that puts employees and clients first. You will lead and manage virtual bank operations, including deepening client relationships through coaching the team for success. You will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and cutting-edge financial technology, as well as collaborating with our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs for clients.

Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone and video-based client interactions. 2+ years of management, branch banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
