Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangementsHandle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiencyPrepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office SuiteAssist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverablesOrganize and maintain digital filing systems and databasesConduct research and compile information for various projects and initiativesProvide general administrative support to team members as neededParticipate in virtual team meetings and take accurate minutesHelp streamline processes and improve overall efficiency of administrative tasksQualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with project management tools such as Trello or AsanaStrong time management skills and ability to multitask effectivelyFamiliarity with virtual communication platforms like Zoom and Skype2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative roleBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredVirtual Assistant certification is a plusAbility to work independently and proactively in a remote environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlinesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
