Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property has 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining.
Classification: Full-Time
Shift: Various – must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $19.76 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?
As a VIP Services Coordinator, you would be responsible for providing office support in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Greet and assist guests and respond to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient mannerPre arrival planning for VIP's and guests requests and amenitiesWork with Concierge to assist with pre arrival planningPerform word-processing, typing, e-mailing, data-entry, filing, faxing, copying, processing mail and taking notes and/or dictationAnswer telephones, schedule team members, process payroll and conduct inventoryCoordinate department projects, as neededOversee maintenance of office equipmentTrack Guest Comment Cards and feedbackPerform other general office duties and assist with special projects, as neededWhat are we looking for?
