Within the Recruitment department of the Petrochemicals & Refining branch, we are seeking a Recruitment Projects & Employer Branding project manager to perform the following tasks:
1. LinkedIn : Development our sourcing strategy
2. Employer Branding : Propose and implement innovative actions
3. School Relations: Organize events with universities located in Belgium
4. Internships : Manage internships in Belgium
5. "Youth Integration" activities in France (in collaboration with PSE (People and Social Engagement), The Foundation, TGHRS (TotalEnergies Global Human Resources Services) et “Alternance” correspondents :
Ensure the deployment and coordination of campaigns for apprenticeships and internships for middle and high school students (3ème and 2nde) Manage the Coperf apprenticeship tax and exceptional aid. Oversee communication with RC stakeholders regarding objectives and achievements.
Candidate Profile
Technical skills:Knowledge of social networks (Instagram) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiters)
Computing skills:Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 : Teams, Outlook, Excel. PowerBI is a plus.Good knowledge in Instagram and LinkedIn Recruiters
