Join our affiliate TotalEnergies EP Norway AS in Stavanger !

TotalEnergies EP Norway has a large portfolio of oil & gas assets offshore Norway which is operated by other companies, from the Snøhvit LNG field in the North, to the Greater Ekofisk Area in the south, providing about 10% of TotalEnergies production Company Share, with large associated investments and operating costs. The portfolio is split into 5 Asset Areas, under the supervision of Asset Managers with Technical support from a dedicated department. Several projects – new infrastructures or new wells for example – are in execution (about 15 projects) or being matured before a final investment decision (about 20 to 30 projects in coming 5 years). These projects require close follow-up and planification.

If you accept this VIE mission, you will be fully integrated into the technical team in charge of projects. 

The mission has several objectives: 

1/ the follow-up of current projects in execution (progress, cost, …) 

2/ the planning of future projects 

3/ the follow up and assessment of our Asset retirement obligations projects. 

These 3 topics also include an objective of simplification and improvement of our tools (for example by creating PowerBi dashboards and using AI tools when possible).

Candidate Profile

Qualification:

General Engineering background

Key Skills:

Strong interest in learning the E&P (Exploration & Production) business and technical aspects, particularly related to projects in maturation and execution phasesStrong analytical skillsThorough, well-organized, and structured approachKnowledge of Oil & Gas project maturation and/or execution is an asset

IT / Digital Skills:

Data analytics skills (Spotfire, Power BI)Basic programming skills (Python, etc.) and an interest in Artificial Intelligence are a plus

Languages:

English: B2/C1 levelFrench: B2 level
