In support of the VP of Sales & Marketing, your missions will be:

                         1/ HSEQ and Safety

Respect the TotalEnergies HSEQ charter in PNG and promote safety.

                         2/ Business Development and Customer Service

Maximize commercial opportunities and customer service.Introduce value-added initiatives and seek competitive suppliers.Introduce value-added initiatives and seek competitive suppliers.

                          3/ Marketing and Merchandising

Lead client events, support merchandising, and coordinate marketing activities.Prepare the annual promotion calendar.

                           4/ Management and Optimization

Implement diversification activities according to standards.Optimize station profits and monitor monthly revenues.Achieve annual service objectives.

                            5/ Subsidiary Management

Coordinate subsidiary activities and ensure KPI achievement.

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:

Master degree from Business School, University or Engineering School with a specialization in Business/Strategy or Management 

Important: the candidate must have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in alignment with role he/she will perform as a VIE (visa requirements)

Technical skills:

1st experience in retail and, more generally, in the distribution sector (large or medium-sized supermarkets) would be appreciated.Knowledge in Merchandising, Planograms, Marketing, Communication, Negotiation and persuasion, Financial analysis, Marketing, Project managementGood organisational and interpersonal skills

Computing skills:

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

Languages:

English: level C1/C2 (Working language in PNG)
