As part of a major evolution of its activities planned for 2026, under the supervision of TEP PNG CFO, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating the full revamping of affiliate’s budgeting model (improving reliability, integrating new reporting and accounting requirements, incorporating project financing requirements activated after the project final investment decision)Participating in the implementation of the new legal entity (SME) activated after the project final investment decision (reporting, governance, implementation of its specific CMS)Contributing to governance activities, particularly in the evolution of the subsidiary's CMS (optimization, migration to the affiliate intranet)Contributing to the revision of the Finance Department's proceduresParticipating in SOX test campaigns following the performance of SOX controls within the subsidiaryVery complex environment: (contractual, multiple and diverse stakeholders (authorities, industrial partners, banks).
This is a highly cross-functional role within the Finance Department, allowing to understand all Finance activity (Accounting, Budget-Cost Control & Reporting, Treasury, Project Finance).
Expected qualifications:
Master degree from Business School in Finance or EconomyImportant: the candidate must have a minimum of 3 years relevantexperience in alignment with role he/she will perform as a VIE (visa requirements)

1st experience in Finance (3 years minimum)Computing skills:
