Within TotalEnergies E&P Angola, as part of the performance and planning team in the Maintenance Department (Block 17), you will play a key role in the digitalization and optimization of maintenance activities for a major industrial site (4 FPSOs). 

 

As Digital Maintenance & Performance Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

Monitoring and improving maintenance contract performance: Analyze KPIs of contracted companies, regular reporting via SAP and Power BI, propose corrective actions to improve equipment availability and reduce backlog.Development and management of digital dashboards: Create and optimize dashboards for maintenance activity tracking, automate reporting, implement visualization tools to support decision-making.Support for training and use of digital tools: Assist operational and inspection teams in using SAP (CMMS), provide training on digital tools, offer technical support and share best practices.Proposing improvements and innovative solutions: Actively participate in process digitalization, identify optimization opportunities, contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with operations, inspection, procurement, stock management, and contracted maintenance companies to ensure overall department performance.

Key challenges: Maintain equipment availability, optimize maintenance processes, support the department’s digital transformation, and contribute to continuous performance improvement.

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:

Engineer with knowledge in maintenance

Technical Knowledge:

Strong data analysis skillsKnowledge of preventive and corrective maintenanceUnderstanding of maintenance and industrial engineeringBasic knowledge of mechanics, automation, electricity, and electronicsCurious and motivated to deepen knowledge of the oil industry in a major producing countryCreative, with a desire to propose innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency

 

IT Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BIKnowledge of SAP is a plusFamiliarity with Artificial Intelligence technologies and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)

 

Languages:

French: C1 levelEnglish: C1 levelPortuguese would be an asset
