Within our subsidiary in Austria, the main missions of the VIE will be to :Participate in the definition, use and manipulation and management of tools and improvements to our business models by developing reports ;Help the different departments to optimize the analysis of their activities by offering them high-quality reports allowing them to better follow their activity ;Define KPIs and provide analytical updates on the overall performance of the hub (Austria / Switzerland) ;Analyze data and prepare regular reports for finance, back office and sales departments ;Ensure the harmonization of commercial/sales and financial reporting ;Suggest areas for improvement as well as innovative solutions to improve processes ;Perform analysis of the financial results for the month-end and the year-end closing process ;Be a support for the budget and for the long-term plan (LTP) processes ;Produce reports for daily needs as well as on specific requests. Candidate Profile

Requested profile:

Master or Business School degree specialized in Cost Control or FinanceFirst experience in management control, financial analysis, consulting or financial audit would be a plus

Key skills:

Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, demonstrating responsiveness, proactivity, and a strong focus on objectives and resultsStrong numerical aptitude with a proven interest in KPIs, data analysis, and databasesSelf-starter with a high level of autonomy, learning ability, and accuracyStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsProactive contributor with a sense of ownership and responsibility, capable of making relevant proposals and improvements

IT skills:

Advanced knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables)Knowledge of VBA and Power BI is a plusGood knowledge of database management tools (SAP Business Objects, Access, etc ...)
