As a Business Analyst & Support, you will be at the heart of strategic changes to our processes and systems related to operations and customer service. You’ll play a key role in driving change, providing analytical support and leading cross-functional projects aligned with the strategy of TotalEnergies Power & Gas Belgium.

The Business Analyst & Support plays a key role in operational activities related to the electricity markets in Belgium and Europe. The position requires strong knowledge of physical and financial flows, a solid understanding of regulatory constraints, and a good grasp of electricity market mechanisms.

The main objective of the role is to ensure full alignment between information systems and business needs, while contributing to operational performance and regulatory compliance.


Your key responsibilities :
1. Business Analysis & SpecificationsGather and formalize Dispatching requirements.Draft functional specifications for IT teams.Ensure consistency between business processes and information system evolutions.
2. Project ManagementMonitor project progress and coordinate activities with development teams.Participate in functional testing phases.Support operational teams during regulatory changes or the implementation of new projects.Provide support during tool updates and production rollouts.


3. Cross-Functional ContributionCollaborate closely with the Energy Data Management team, particularly regarding performance monitoring and data quality.Work alongside IT teams to ensure the evolution and reliability of Dispatching tools.Contribute to regulatory monitoring of electricity markets.Coordinate with the Optimization and Day-Ahead & Intraday Trading teams based in Paris and Geneva.

Very good knowledge of Excel, VBA and Python
