Join our affiliate TotalEnergies EP Gabon (TEEPG) based in Port-Gentil !

TotalEnergies EP Gabon is one of the first Gabonese companies and a partner of the petroleum development of the country for almost 90 years. The company is listed on Euronext Paris stock market. The VIE will work within the Financial Direction of Total Gabon and will be part of the Budget and Reporting team. The offered job will give the VIE the opportunity to develop a transversal view of EP Finance and to discover an EP affiliate.

As a Cost Controller within the Finance Department, your main tasks will be as follows : 

 1/ Monthly reporting – Analytical review: 

- J+4 each month, perform affiliate M-1 reporting to HQ according to IFRS standards Group standards), including Forecast (revised budget) for specific periods ;

- Implement (Model) reporting process recurring operations/tasks. 

- Maintain all templates and secure outsourcing to external databases used for the process (SAP, BW and Essbase) ;

- Provide analysis on all assigned financial aggregates variances identified, also to be included to Affiliate Dashboard ;

- Ensure permanent assistance to our group geographical correspondent for all affiliate related requests. 

2/ Budget: 

- Assist Budget and Reporting manager during Budget exercise / consolidation ;

- Contribute to budget standards tools development, budget booklet and presentation preparation ;

- Work closely with Cost control, JV accounting and operational teams of the company. 

3/ Internal control: 

- Prepare the Budget&Reporting SOX controls he/she is assigned to.

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:

Business School or University Master's degree in finance, accounting, audit, management control, economy or information system

Technical skills:

Deep interest in data analysisGood knowledge of accounting and financial processes and aggregatesFinancial analysis skills

Computing skills:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (GIS and Excel proficiency required)

Languages:

English: level B2French: level C1 Additional Information
