As part of the Papua LNG project, we are looking for a VIE – Acceptability and External Communication Officer (M/F) to support our communication strategy and stakeholder engagement efforts.

Your responsibilities:

Acceptability

Contribute to the overall communication strategy of the Papua LNG projectManage relationships with local media, NGOs, and civil society groupsUpdate the Papua LNG website with relevant content (press releases, announcements)

Communication

Organize and coordinate industry conferences and eventsManage brand materials (merchandise, online logos)Draft media releases for local press agencies

Candidate Profile Candidate profileMaster’s degree in communication, public affairs, marketing, or digital communicationMinimum 3 years of experience in communication or public affairs (experience with TotalEnergies is a plus)Strong command of communication tools (writing, editing, layout, publishing)Ability to adapt to multicultural environments and unexpected changesCreativity, autonomy, organizational skills, and team spirit

Technical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)Good knowledge of Canva and other layout tools

Languages
