TEEPG is relaunching its Collaborative Room, an operational space dedicated to optimizing site performance and coordinating teams. Your role? To contribute to the design, the layout, the implementation and the commissioning of this central tool.

 

As a Project Engineer, you will work on an ambitious project aimed at structuring a collaborative environment that will enable the monitoring of:

HSE performance,CFR indicators,production,maintenance & integrity,logistics,projects & budgets,Integrated Operational Planning,well performance.

 

In collaboration with the Operations teams (production, logistics, construction, projects, well operations), HSE and Support functions (procurement/contracts, general services), you will be responsible for:

designing the layout and organization of the room,developing performance‑monitoring tools (dashboards and reporting),implementing integrated operational processes,supporting the start‑up phase and ensuring the long‑term sustainability of the collaborative space,proposing innovative and digital solutions to support operational excellence.

 

Travel to onshore and offshore sites may be required.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

Master's degree (Bac +5) or general engineering degreeFirst experience in petroleum industry is preferred

Technical and soft skills:

Excellent interpersonal skillsRigorous with excellent cross‑functional working abilitiesBe able to quickly integrate technical concepts and operational processes across the various Operations disciplines within TotalEnergies EP Gabon (TEEPG)Agility in the Digital domain is an assetBe able to stay on both offshore and onshore TEEPG facilities.

IT skills :

Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeGood skills in PowerBI, Python, SQL

Languages:

English: B2 levelFrench: C1/C2 level
